Location: Accounts Production module > Settings > Report Setting > Company Contact > Secretaries

Secretary is a person who does administrative work such as making appointments and sending letters or is an official who is in charge of a government department.

  • You may add the name of the secretary of the company by click on ‘+ Add New Secretary’. As soon as the tab is clicked contact detail page of secretary appears. Name of the Secretary and the other relevant details are to be filled and saved.

  • If you want the name of the Secretary to be displayed on the Reports of the company, then the checkbox of ‘Show on Company Information page’ is to be ticked.

  • Names of all Secretaries with their respective details will be listed below.

  • Actions that can be taken are either edit or delete as per the requirement
