Please click here to watch what a client can access in payroll when given permission

You can give your client users access to view payroll by going to My Admin> Users> Edit User> Modules and click on payroll.


When the client logs in to their user account they will see a payroll summary for their company

When clicking on manage payroll they can see

  • employees (but not add)
  • add departments
  • add Mileage claims/expense claims
  • add timekeeping records for hourly paid employees
  • print payslips

They will be able to access the following reports

  • Payroll summary
  • Periodic tax
  • Mileage and expense claim reports
  • Departmental reports
